Peking University and Yale University have established The Peking-Yale Joint Center for Plant Molecular Genetics and Agro-biotechnology. One of the cooperative projects of this center is to construct this Arabidopsis Mutants Database (AMDB).The data are generated by the Joint Center located at Peking University.
The experiments are based on T-DNA transformation technology and the TAIL-PCR method(Thermal Asymmetric Interlaced PCR). The mutants and their seeds are collected and stored in the center. If anyone is interested in one or more mutants, please contact the center.
     This database is under construction.
